The Mindful Heart focuses on personal healing, primarily through breath work, visualization and meditation, to effect healing in the outer world.
By deeply and completely loving and accepting all aspects of ourselves, any darkness within us can begin to heal and be integrated rather than continue being acted out by people and circumstances around us. What is without, is within.
As we deepen our relationships with our own hearts we deepen our relationships with the hearts of all others, as we are all one in a field of infinite love.
